Seven Days Before Home

It’s just about 7 more days before I head back home to Singapore. This is certainly my longest way home in all these years. The longest time I was away from home was in 2012/13 when I was doing a three months mission attachment in Korat. I missed spending time with my family for both Christmas in 2012 and Chinese New Year in 2013. Finally, I can say that I’ll be home for Christmas this time! Looking out from my balcony, I can now feel that the distance between home in Singapore and home in Bangkok is drawing closer. Although Covid-19 has divided us in terms of physical proximity, it has certainly made my heart fonder. Time to think about all the things that I can plan to do during my stay in Singapore.
