Meet the Forest Therapy Guide
I fell in love with Anthropology during my varsity days and I was truly blessed to have learnt under very inspiring lecturers in National University of Singapore. Anthropology has opened up my mind to look at the world we are living in differently from other disciplines. It has helped me to comprehend how we are all part of a larger cultural eco-system and that being human is more than just an individual. It involves a deep interconnectedness with the people and things around.

I am an ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide based in Bangkok, Thailand. I love nature and often find myself drawn to a forest wherever I am. Through forest therapy, I connect with trees and establish a relational partnership with them. At the same time, I want to guide people into having their own partnership with trees and allow nature to bring about wholeness in their lives. Each forest therapy experience is unique and I would like to invite you to journey it yourself with me as your guide. I am extending this wonderful invitation to you today.
